Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because Kirstin’s Thrift Co. sells thrifted, pre-owned, vintage, resale, and one-of-one items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, color variation, minor wear, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item, or if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kristinsthriftco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
