Welcome to Kirstin’s Thrift Co. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
About Our Products
Kirstin’s Thrift Co. sells curated thrifted, pre-owned, vintage, resale, and one-of-one items. Product availability is limited, and most items are available in single quantities only.
Because our items are secondhand or resale finds, minor wear, natural aging, small imperfections, or signs of previous use may be present. We do our best to show and describe each item accurately through photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes.
Product Photos, Descriptions, and Sizing
Please review all photos, descriptions, sizing, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display. Measurements are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing and fit before placing an order.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment issues, or unavailable products. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item or order.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Because Kirstin’s Thrift Co. sells thrifted, pre-owned, vintage, resale, and one-of-one items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, color variation, minor wear, or buyer’s remorse.
If you receive the wrong item, or if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 3 days of delivery at kristinsthriftco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the best resolution.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or cancellation of the order.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. If there is an issue with shipping or fulfillment on our end, we will contact you with available options.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Kirstin’s Thrift Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please check with your household, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Kirstin’s Thrift Co., you agree that you have reviewed the item details and understand that many products are secondhand, thrifted, vintage, resale, or one-of-one.
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt fraudulent purchases, or interfere with store operations.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and designs are the property of Kirstin’s Thrift Co. or used with permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kirstin’s Thrift Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping carriers, or third-party services.
Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
