Shipping Policy
At Kirstin’s Thrift Co., we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly.
Processing Time
We strive for same-day or next-day shipping whenever possible. However, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, destination, and carrier options available.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address or redirect the package.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
Carrier Delays
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Kirstin’s Thrift Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been handed off for shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Kirstin’s Thrift Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please check with your household, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

If there is an issue with shipping or fulfillment on our end, we will contact you with available options.
